Digitization is currently causing a profound structural change, many industries are being transformed from the ground up.

That's why the world needs people who bravely look ahead, who believe in their abilities and are passionate about developing new products or services. People who are willing to take risks, accept a failure and always get up again. People who are ready to fight for their vision and stand up for it.
WHAT IS THIS JOURNEY ABOUT?
California has always been a fertile ground where the new can emerge, whether as a nucleus for the hippie movement in the Summer of Love, as a laboratory for human growth in Esalen, or in Silicon Valley, as a hotbed for the digital revolution.
During this trip, we will visit companies, innovation centers and universities for 3 1/2 days on site, engage in dialogue with successful leaders and learn from each other. In the evenings, we will visit selected networking events on current topics and network with companies. On another 1 1/2 days, we have time for time-to-reflect, assess and structure what can be experienced by what is experienced in one's own organization. We will get to know agile forms of learning and learn how innovative processes with a high degree of change can be implemented in one's own company.
We will also prepare you for the trip, sharpen your questions and get you in the mood for the "other" culture. In a follow-up meeting, we will work out what has been implemented by the experience as well.
ELEMENTS OF THE JOURNEY
Visit Silicon Valley Innovation Centers, Accelerators, and Co-Working Spaces.
During operational visits of start-ups and established companies such as Google, Facebook, SAP, DocuSign, etc., we will get to know the Silicon Valley Mindset in all its facets. How the corporate culture is lived there, how rapid prototypes emerge in agile forms of learning such as Sprints or Challenges, how organizational or management structures are built there. In doing so, we facilitate numerous encounters, get in touch with the companies on-site and invite you to get answers to your questions. We ask you to leave the comfort zone and to learn how the new is created in the learning zone.
