Werner Sattlegger works with European industrial entrepreneurs exploring how artificial intelligence and new technologies are reshaping their industries.
Based between Europe and Silicon Valley, he brings together small circles of owners and CEOs who want to understand what is emerging — and what it means for leadership and long-term decisions.
Earlier in his career he held senior executive roles in industry and public leadership before focusing on the intersection of technological change, leadership and human development.
Trained as a lawyer, he has spent decades working with leaders navigating complex transformation processes.

Manuela Sattlegger, Co-Founder of Art of Life
Manuela Sattlegger studied Applied Business Administration with a focus on organizational development and controlling. She spent ten years working in academic and political environments, primarily in business development and mentoring.
Alongside her business career she trained in art and expressive arts practices, working for several years with Humanomed and in her own studio.
At Art of Life she combines business thinking with artistic and cultural perspectives. As co-founder she leads business development, digital presence and program design, shaping experiences that connect strategic clarity with personal depth.

Oliver Welter, Creative Head at Art of Life.
Since the 1990s he has been a defining figure in Central Europe’s contemporary music scene as the singer, songwriter and composer of the band Naked Lunch. Alongside his music career he has worked as a theatre director, writer and actor, collaborating with artists and stages across Europe.
At Art of Life he brings a creative perspective that challenges conventional thinking and expands the way leaders communicate and act. His workshops explore presence, expression and the human dimension of leadership.
He leads the intensive program “On Stage” as well as the masterclass “The Art of Conducting.”
He is the namesake of Art of Life and represents its creative and cultural foundation.
