Werner Sattlegger
Founder of Art of Life. Lawyer. Executive leadership educator.
Werner Sattlegger has spent decades working at the intersection of leadership, organizational change, and personal development. He brings long-standing international experience in senior management and executive roles, and has led numerous leadership programs across industries.
He is a university lecturer in Austria and abroad, a published author, and has designed and delivered executive education programs for leaders navigating complex transformation processes.
His work is interdisciplinary by design, combining strategic leadership thinking with deep personal development. His training includes Reichian bodywork, Gestalt therapy, and group dynamics.
Through multiple extended study stays in California, Werner has explored the relationship between technological disruption and human growth. He leads highly curated Executive Learning Journeys to Silicon Valley for owners and CEOs who want to engage seriously with what is emerging — not as observers, but as decision-makers.

Manuela Sattlegger
Co-Founder of Art of Life. Business economist and art & expressive arts therapist.
Manuela Sattlegger holds a degree in Applied Business Administration, with a focus on organizational development and controlling. She spent ten years working in academic and political environments, primarily in business development and mentoring.
In parallel, she trained as an art and expressive arts therapist and worked therapeutically for eight years with Humanomed as well as in her own studio.
At Art of Life, she brings together business, art, and coaching. She is responsible for business development, digital marketing, and program design, shaping experiences that integrate strategic clarity with personal and cultural depth.

Oliver Welter
Art Director at Art of Life. Musician, writer, director.
Born in Klagenfurt, Oliver Welter lives and works between Klagenfurt, Vienna, and Innsbruck. Since the 1990s, he has been a defining figure in Central Europe’s contemporary music scene as the lead singer, songwriter, and composer of the band Naked Lunch.
With Naked Lunch, he released numerous critically acclaimed records and toured extensively across Europe, North America, and Asia. In recent years, he has also worked successfully as an actor (including stage collaborations with Stermann & Grissemann), a freelance writer, and a theatre director.
At Art of Life, Oliver Welter serves as Creative Head, contributing perspectives that challenge conventional thinking and open new creative spaces. He leads the “On Stage” intensive workshop and the masterclasses “The Art of Conducting”, working with leaders on presence, expression, and the human dimension of leadership.
He is the namesake of Art of Life and represents its creative and cultural foundation.
